LPAC Small Groups
Small Groups at LPAC are warm, welcoming spaces where fellowship grows over the study of God’s Word.
Across the week, different groups meet in different ways, but the heart is the same – a simple mix of Scripture, conversation, prayer, and genuine encouragement.
Each group has its own flavour, its own rhythm, its own laughter, while they all share the same purpose: helping us connect and grow in faith, in friendship, and in the kind of steady encouragement that Hebrews 10:24–25 points us toward. If you’ve been thinking about joining a group, we’d love to help you find one that fits.
1. Monday nights, 7.45pm sees a friendly group of eight gather to explore the sermon series, share life, and pray for mission initiatives. They’ve spent the year supporting organisations like Prison Fellowship Australia, Catherine Hamlin Fistula Foundation, Bush Church Aid, and Barnabas Aid, even hosting guest speakers who brought their work to life in the room.
2. Tuesday evenings, 7.45pm offers a relaxed Zoom option, perfect for anyone who can’t always make it in person – a great chance to connect, learn, and pray without leaving home.
3. Thursdays, 7.30pm sees a Small Group meeting onsite at the Vicarage which has grown beautifully too, beginning with a handful of people and now buzzing with around fifteen regulars. It’s casual, it’s friendly, it starts with a cuppa, and it follows the weekly sermon series text with open, thoughtful discussion before ending in prayer.
4. Fridays at 10am, is when a lovely daytime group meets in Langwarrin, welcoming women of all ages for fellowship, reflection on the weekly Scripture text, and pastoral support.
