5pm Saturday Service

Looking for a cosy Saturday evening worship service with a relaxed feel and solid on content? Our 5pm Pearcedale gathering might be just what you need.

5pm at PEARCEDALE - 46 Baxter-Tooradin Road, Pearcedale VIC 3912

All ages and stages are welcome, and there’s always a kids’ spot and/or an interactive family segment.

And thanks to the heritage-listed building we meet in, the natural acoustics are stunning—the instruments and singing fills the room and carries beautifully across the street.

Come along and discover your local gospel-centred church in this part of the City of Casey, right here in Pearcedale. We’d love to welcome you!

More about the Service

From 4.30pm, the congregation of about 15-18 gathers for afternoon tea before the service begins at 5pm.

It’s close to a country-town local church experience, yet contemporary in tone, warm in atmosphere, and anchored in the Scriptures. A full service runs for about an hour.

We open with a song, we finish with a song, and in between you’ll find the things that matter most: two readings—Old Testament and New Testament—and a thoughtful sermon that follows which we pray Lord willing will get you thinking about the wonderful Lord Jesus Christ.

Communion is celebrated every fortnight. This service also offers a great platform for those who can’t make Sunday mornings due to shift work or weekend professions, without ever feeling like a “second option.” Everything is done with the same care, depth, and joy.
