LPAC Kids
LPAC Kids Church runs every Sunday alongside our 10am service — a joyful, vibrant time where primary school kids get to learn about the Lord Jesus in a fun, safe, and engaging way!
Kids seem to have an inherent curiosity about Jesus. There’s something wonderfully natural about their desire to know Him. Yet, that often seems to get dull as kids grow and get busy with other things. That’s why our purpose is simple — to seize the opportunity to present the Lord Jesus clearly, joyfully, and faithfully.
Our church’s vision is that everyone, young or old, will be able to tell the gospel in their own words. And our mission is to not presume faith, but to seriously and lovingly evangelise all those God has entrusted to us — beginning with our children.
When a child begins to understand that Jesus died for our sins and rose from the grave — that through Him we are forgiven — it changes everything! That truth is the best news in the world, and our prayer is that kids might go home eager to share it with their friends and family and come back for more!
A typical Kids Church session begins when parents sign in their children at the welcome desk. From there, the fun starts straight away! There’s usually a warm-up game to get everyone smiling, followed by a short icebreaker or activity to help the group connect. Often, we’ll learn a new song together — something upbeat and gospel-rich that the kids can sing with joy. Then comes Bible Time — the heart of the morning — where a story is told, a passage explored, and a lesson applied using the CEP curriculum.
After the lesson, the kids get hands-on with a creative craft activity that reinforces the day’s teaching. We finish up with a recap, a memory verse, and a little time outdoors to stretch and play before parents sign out their kids.
Our team of trained volunteers are passionate about helping children grow in faith and confidence in Jesus. We’re well-resourced, fully compliant with Safe Ministry Standards.
